How to Export Gross Earnings from Airbnb Host (2026 Guide)
Follow these steps to export your Airbnb Host gross earnings as a CSV file. Once exported, you can use any of our converter tools to transform the data for your target system.
Export Steps
Log in to your Airbnb host account
Open your web browser and go to airbnb.com. Sign in with your host credentials. Make sure you are logged into the account that manages the listings you want to report on.
Switch to host mode
Click the 'Switch to hosting' link at the top of the page or navigate directly to your host dashboard. This ensures you are viewing the hosting interface rather than the guest travel view.
Open Transaction History
Click on your profile photo in the top-right corner to reveal the account menu. Select 'Transaction History' from the dropdown. This page shows all your completed payouts, fees, and reservation-level financial activity.
Select the Gross Earnings tab
On the Transaction History page, locate and click the 'Gross Earnings' tab. This view consolidates your earnings before any deductions, along with host service fees, cleaning fees, and occupancy taxes for each reservation.
Set the date range
Use the date picker at the top of the report to specify the start and end dates for the period you want to export. Choose the range that matches your bookkeeping period, such as a calendar month or a full quarter.
Download the CSV file
Click the 'Download CSV' button located near the top of the Gross Earnings table. Your browser will save a .csv file containing one row per payout with columns for date, confirmation code, listing, gross earnings, fees, taxes, and net amount.
Verify the downloaded file
Open the CSV in a spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers. Confirm that the date range, number of reservations, and totals match what you see on the Airbnb Transaction History page.
