Who's Behind It

SpreadsheetBroccoli is built by Daniil Bu, a Data Engineer based in Portugal. The idea came from years of dealing with messy CSV exports and accounting imports firsthand — reformatting Shopify orders for QuickBooks, wrangling bank transaction files into the right columns, reconciling spreadsheets that never quite matched up.

With a background in data engineering — ETL pipelines, data transformation, and spreadsheet tooling — I decided to build the tools I wished existed: focused, fast, and no-nonsense converters that handle one job well.

What We Do

We build focused tools that solve specific data problems. Whether you need to convert a Shopify export into a QuickBooks-ready file, validate your bank transactions, or reconcile two spreadsheets, each tool handles one job and does it well.

Our Approach

No signup required. You can use every tool without creating an account. Accounts are optional and only needed if you want to track your conversion history.

Pay per use. No subscriptions to forget about. You pay for what you convert. Preview is always free so you know exactly what you're getting before you pay.

Privacy first. We don't sell data, run ads, or track you across the web. Your files are yours.
