Our company switched from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 and I was responsible for migrating everyone's contacts. Google exports phone numbers as 'Phone 1 - Type' and 'Phone 1 - Value' but Outlook needs 'Mobile Phone' and 'Home Phone' as separate columns. The tool routed every phone type to the right Outlook field — no manual sorting needed.

What This Tool Does
How People Use Google → Outlook
I migrate small businesses from Gmail to Outlook regularly. The birthday format alone trips up every manual attempt — Google stores dates as 2024-03-15 but Outlook wants 3/15/2024. Multiply that by thousands of contacts and you're looking at hours of reformatting. The converter handles dates, addresses, and phone types in one pass.
I organized all my Google contacts into groups — Buyers, Sellers, Past Clients, Vendors. When I exported to CSV and imported into Outlook, the groups disappeared completely. This tool converted my Google groups into Outlook Categories so my entire contact organization survived the switch.
