How to Export Driver Earnings from Grubhub Driver (2026 Guide)

Launch the Grubhub for Drivers app on your smartphone. Sign in with the email and password linked to your driver account. The earnings export feature is only available through the mobile app.

From the main screen, tap on the 'Earnings' or 'Account' section, then select 'Earnings History'. This page shows your delivery-level income including base pay, tips, mileage pay, and bonuses.

Use the date picker at the top of the Earnings History screen to choose the specific period you want to export. You can select a custom range that matches your accounting period, such as a single month or a full quarter.

With your desired date range selected, tap the 'Download earnings history' button. The app will generate a CSV file containing one row per delivery with columns for date, delivery ID, restaurant, earnings breakdown, tips, and net payout.

On iPhone, the CSV file will appear in the Files app under your Recents folder. On Android, check the Files app in your Downloads folder. The file is named with the date range you selected.

Tip: You can also share the file directly from the download prompt to email, Google Drive, or another cloud storage service for easy access on your computer.

Transfer the file to your computer if needed, then open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet application. Verify that the delivery count and total earnings match the summary shown in the Grubhub app.

Warning: The CSV export includes all delivery types in the date range. If you need only completed deliveries, you may need to filter out cancelled or adjusted entries.
