How to Export Earnings from Fiverr (2026 Guide)
Follow these steps to export your Fiverr earnings as a CSV file. Once exported, you can use any of our converter tools to transform the data for your target system.
Export Steps
Log in to your Fiverr seller account
Open your web browser and go to fiverr.com. Sign in with your seller account credentials. Make sure you are using the account that has the gig earnings you want to export.
Navigate to the Earnings page
From the top navigation bar, hover over your profile icon and select 'Earnings' from the dropdown menu, or go to My Business and then click 'Earnings'. This page shows your available balance, pending clearance, and activity history.
Set the date range and activity filters
Above the Activities table, use the date range picker to select the start and end dates for the period you want to export. You can also filter by Activity Type (Cleared, Pending, Withdrawal) to narrow down the results.
Download the CSV report
In the top-right corner of the Activities table, click the 'Get CSV report' option. The report will include all transactions matching your selected date range and activity filters. The file downloads immediately to your browser's default download location.
Review the downloaded CSV
Open the CSV file in Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet program. Each row represents one activity such as a cleared order, a withdrawal, or a refund. Verify that the transaction count and total amounts match what you see on the Fiverr Earnings page.
Export billing history for invoices (optional)
For a more detailed record including individual invoices, navigate to your Billing History page. Select multiple invoices using the checkboxes, then click 'Download CSV' to get a summary report or 'Download ZIP' for individual PDF invoices.
