Yes, Xero creates new contacts for unknown customer names during import. For complete contact info including addresses, import contacts first using our eBay Contacts tool.
Imported invoices are drafts. Since eBay orders are pre-paid, you can approve them and record payments, or use bank rules to auto-reconcile.
Fees aren't included in customer invoices - they're your expenses. Use the Bank Statement import for fee tracking in your expense accounts.
