Why Wix Products Don't Import Directly to Shopify
The Multi-Row Format Challenge
Wix uses a unique multi-row export format. Each product has a "Product" row,
and variants are separate rows with fieldType = "Variant".
Shopify uses a simpler one-row-per-variant model with option columns.
Direct import fails because Shopify doesn't understand Wix's fieldType structure.
Discount and Pricing Structure
Wix stores discounts separately (discountMode: PERCENT or AMOUNT, plus discountValue).
Shopify uses Compare At Price to show original pricing when items are on sale.
Without conversion, sale prices don't display correctly in Shopify.
