How does the free report work?

1 report with your real data. No card required. Export allowed. Free run granted quarterly - feel the value.

What's a run?

One completed kit generation per store per time you click Run or an automatic schedule executes. Failed runs don't count.

What's a connector?

One data source (e.g., your Shopify store). Each connector lets you run reports for that specific store or platform account. It can be different stores in one platform or on different platforms.

What if I hit my limit?

We'll pause and ask-add $3/run overage or upgrade. No surprise charges.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes, upgrades prorate instantly; downgrades apply next cycle.

Refunds?

First paid month: 14-day money-back if you're unhappy.

Cancel anytime?

Yes - two clicks in the billing portal.

Invoices?
